Refund policy

At Perfume Parlour Pakistan, we believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, even if the perfume has been used.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you can return the perfume in any condition—whether it’s unopened or used. We want you to love your fragrance, so if it doesn't meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@perfume-parlour.pk. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your perfume back. Please send returns to:

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For any return-related questions, reach out to us at info@perfume-parlour.pk.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

While we accept returns on most items, please note that gift cards and sale items are non-returnable. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different fragrance, the easiest way is to return your original item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
